SELECTION LIST OF THE CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION TO MBBS, BDS AND DIPLOMA INDENTAL HYGIENE COURSES.

Consequent upon the first round of Counselling held from 19th to 22nd August 2013 for allotment of discipline/institution of shortlisted candidates issued vide Notification No. 32-BOPEE of 2013 dated 05th August 2013 and Public Notice No. BOPEE/Adm-02(II)/1860-1877 dated 14-08-2013 of (PCB/Medical Stream) Courses, the candidates given in ANNEXURE-I have been provisionally selected for admission to MBBS, BDS and Diploma in Dental Hygiene Courses as per their merit, choice and availability of seat. CNA Candidates whose choice was not available at the time of counselling are listed in ANNEXURE-II.

The candidates are directed to report to the allotted Institutions from 24th to 30th August 2013 along with their relevant Certificates in Original and Admit Card issued by the BOPEE. The concerned Heads of the Institutions are requested to check the eligibility of the candidates and verify Permanent  Resident Certificate, Marks Certificate, Date of birth certificate and Category Certificate, if applicable, in original and Sports Category from the list submitted by the Secretary, Sports Council issued vide letter No.SC/491-CET/1556 60 dated 25-06-2013 along with their Admit card issued by the BOPEE to verify the identity of the candidates and genuineness of the certificates. The Heads of the Institutions are also requested to send the Roll Nos. and Names of the candidates who will not complete their admission formalities in different disciplines allotted to their Institutions as SHORT FALL on 31st of August, 2013 upto 3.00 P.M. to the BOPEE office, Jammu/Srinagar positively.

Note: The admission notification for admission to MBBS and BDS in ASCOMS and Institute of Dental Sciences respectively will be issued separately as & when approval of their regulatory authorities is furnished by the authorities of these colleges to BOPEE.
